Prescription Renewal without a visit - Policy Update

Effective Monday March 30, 2026 

• $25 per prescription renewal request without a visit (regardless of the number of medications in the request) 

• Each renewal includes a 3-month supply + 1 refill, when appropriate 

• Once payment is received, your prescription will be faxed to your pharmacy within 3 business days. 

 

Accepted Payment Methods: 

• Cash/Cheque (in office) 

• Debit or Credit (in office) 

• E-transfer: refillmed@outlook.com

 

How to Avoid Fees: 

• Book an appointment to receive prescription renewals AT NO COST

Medication Synchronization: please ask your pharmacist to synchronize all your medications so that they run out at the same time.  This allows you to submit A SINGLE renewal request. 

 

Controlled Medications: 

• Narcotics and other restricted prescriptions require an appointment and cannot be renewed by fax
